motion explorations
Early in the creative process, I conducted quick motion explorations to help identify a suitable animation style for the final product. In particular, I focused on exploring analog vs. digital - for example, scrapping together tissue paper vs. digital animation techniques. While I ultimately pursued a digital route, the exploration of hand-drawn elements inspired the incorporation of more painterly or 'sketchy' techniques in the final video.
